Grierson. Kashmiri stories and songs

Today's free book is Hatim's tales: Kashmiri stories and songs, translated by George A. Grierson (1923), with a folklore analysis by William Crooke. For the table of contents, check at the bottom of this post below the image.

The "Hatim" of the title is Hatim Tilawon, a professional storyteller who lived in the Sind Valley.

The book is available at Hathi Trust (I have not checked for other online sources).
